Unlike standard heaters, this unit is equipped with a built-in temperature limiter silicone encapsulated switch. This safety device automatically cuts power if the surface temperature exceeds T.max 140°C, preventing damage to the heater or the substrate (e.g., a dry water tank or plastic enclosure). This makes it the safest choice for unattended heating applications.

2. Key Technical Features

  • Etched Foil Technology: The internal circuit uses chemically etched metal foil rather than wire. This covers 90% of the surface area, ensuring exceptionally uniform heat distribution without “hot spots.”

Q: Is the limiter auto-reset?

A: Yes. Once the temperature drops below the safe threshold (typically around 110°C-120°C), the limiter will close the circuit and heating will resume.

Q: Can I use this for 110V?

A: This specific SKU is designed for 230V. Running it at 110V would result in only 250W of power (1/4 of rated power), which is likely insufficient for a heater of this physical size. Please order our 110V version for US/Japan markets.
