Designed for the precise requirements of 3d printer heater cartridge replacements (compatible with Voron, Prusa, Creality) and portable medical devices, these 12v cartridge heater units deliver rapid heating up to 350°C+ despite their compact size.

Manufacturing a pencil heater with diameters as small as 3mm requires microscopic precision. We use premium imported MgO and ultra-thin Ni-Cr wire to ensure reliable performance. Special attention is given to the lead wires, using high-amperage Teflon insulation to prevent overheating in low-voltage/high-current applications.

6. FAQ

Q: Is this compatible with the E3D V6 hotend?

A: Yes. The standard E3D V6 uses a 6mm diameter x 20mm length cartridge. We stock this size in both 12V 30W/40W and 24V configurations.

Q: How do I PID tune this heater?

A: Because our heaters have high thermal conductivity, they heat up very fast. You must run a PID Autotune command (M303 in Marlin/Klipper) after installation to prevent temperature overshooting.

Q: Can you add a connector?

A: Yes, we can pre-terminate the leads with Molex Micro-Fit, JST, or Dupont connectors to plug directly into your printer’s mainboard.
