Engineered with precision helical wound nickel-chrome resistance wire and high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) compaction, these elements provide maximum heat conductivity and dielectric strength.

  • Diameter Options: Standard 6.4mm to 25mm (Custom sizes available).

  • Max Temperature: Up to 800°C (Incoloy 800 sheath).

  • Cold Zones: Elements must be designed with appropriate unheated lengths (cold zones) at the terminal ends to prevent terminal box overheating and ensure safety.

  • Moisture Protection: For high-humidity environments, hermetic seals (ceramic-to-metal) or silicone barriers are recommended to protect the hygroscopic MgO insulation.

  • Wiring: Threaded terminals utilize ceramic or mica insulators to ensure a positive, isolated connection.
